LG channel list editor
Export the channel list from your LG TV to a USB stick, fix it in ChannelSat (order, duplicates, favourites, satellite data), and import it back — free and 100% in your browser.
Also covers: webOS · NetCast · OLED · NanoCell
How to edit a LG channel list
1Insert an empty USB stick into your LG TV
2Settings → All Settings → General (or Channels) → Channels → Channel Tuning & Settings → Transfer Programme List → Export to USB
3The TV writes GlobalClone00001.TLL / GlobalClone00201.TLL to the USB stick.
4Plug the stick into your computer and upload the file to ChannelSat — reorder, clean up, add missing channels
5Save the exported file back to the USB stick (replace the original) and import it on the TV: Same menu → Import from USB
Menu names vary by model and firmware version.
Supported files
- GlobalClone00001.TLL
- GlobalClone00201.TLL (webOS 5+)
What you can edit
- Reorder & renumber channels
- Favourite lists (8)
- Delete channels
- Add missing channels (requires a new scan on this TV)
Good to know
- webOS 3 to webOS 22+: both the XML (DTV/ITEM) and JSON (legacybroadcast) GlobalClone layouts are supported.
- Satellite / cable / antenna and TV / radio each keep their own numbering — the editor shows them as separate lists.
- webOS 5+ (JSON) lists cannot delete channels — hide or move them instead.
- Binary xx*.TLL files from 2010-2014 NetCast TVs are not supported.
